[Training Help Files](https://help.fluorofinder.com/training-help-files?hsLang=en) # What is FluoroFinder's "Flow Cytometry Training" and how do I use it? ## Making the most of the educational resources on FluoroFinder Are you a novice cytometrist looking to bulk up your knowledge and skills?  Or perhaps you've been working in conventional cytometry for some time, but are looking to break in to cell sorting or spectral cytometry.  To aid you in that goal, FluoroFinder offers self-guided training modules for Conventional Flow Cytometry (Flow Cytometry Essentials), Spectral Flow Cytometry, and Cell Sorting.
