With FluoroFinder's manual panel design process (available to all Academic users and Industry subscribers), our goal is to provide information that allows you to avoid errors and make panel design decisions much faster than is possible with traditional paper and pencil methods.
Academic and Industry Plus subscriptions to FluoroFinder grant access to FluoroFinder's Premium Options, with multiple tools to assist in automating panel design. The ability to auto-set antigen densities can help narrow fluorophore options to those of appropriate brightnesses, while our "Intellipanel" feature, an automated panel design tool, can provide fluorophore recommendations to optimize your panel based on your personalized cytometer configuration, antigen specifications, and supplier/fluorophore preferences. With this tool, you can quickly and efficiently receive optimized panel recommendations designed to minimize spectral overlap, reduce analysis complexity, and reduce the cost of designing and executing new panels.
